Ban Animal Trading South Africa Petition Request

Call to action for all BAT supporters: this is the link to the petition against the sale of animals in pet shops and online.

Please:

  • click on the link,
  • print out as many copies as you need, and
  • let's get the nation signing!

BAT have been advised by their lawyers that an online petition will not work. SA legislation requires that for a petition to have the necessary impact, needs to be signed in person and not online.

Where do you send your completed forms to?
Once you have a few forms, please would you mail the forms to :
P O Box 9770, Brentwood Park, Benoni, 1505

This petition is not only about the abuse animals endure inside Pet Shops, but also about the abuse of their parents.  The abuse that is hidden behind high walls and in far away cages, like in the image above.

To everyone who has already mailed, a huge thank you ~ they have about 10 000 signatures already, but they need many, many more. In fact, they were hoping to get a million signatures.

" Thanks so much, everyone ~ and we WILL get a million signatures, we will !! "

COMPETITION TIME:
BAT would like to see who can get the most signatures. Sooooo please put your name either on the petition form or envelope and they will keep a record of them. The person with the most signatures will get a Ban Animal Trading South Africa T-Shirt AND 4 bracelets made with names the winner chooses. WHAT DO YOU THINK ??? Oh and free tickets to their next Protest March LOL :)
