Leaving Cape Town on the N2 you drive towards Somerset West, remaining on the N2 driving over Sir Lowry’s Pass and onto Bot River where you branch off left on the R43 for Hermanus.
You remain on the R43, driving past Fisherhaven, Hawston, Vermont, and Onrus. At Onrus you will drive straight on over the robots at the junction with Kidbrooke and Onrus, until you come to Sandbaai. At the Sandbaai robots you will see the Hermanuspietersfontein Wine Village on your left, and the Engen Garage on your right. You must turn right in the filter lane to the main Sandbaai road, and drive for 1 km until you come to a fourway stop with the Superette on your left and Golden Harvest Retirement Village on your right. Turn right into Lang Street, and drive to the five way stop. Branch slightly right there onto Disa Street, and Pepper Tree Cottage is No. 24 on your left.

Drive on the R43 via Stanford for approximately 22 km which takes you straight into Hermanus. Continue on the Main Road in Hermanus - remaining on the R43 which takes you out of town – follow signs for Mediclinic, and Gateway Centre. Continue over robots with Gateway Centre on your left, pass CTM on your left until you come to Engen Garage on your left and robots. Turn left at the robots on to the main Sandbaai road, and drive for 1 km until you come to a fourway stop with the Superette on your left and Golden Harvest Retirement Village on your right. Two bedroom holiday cottage, with mountain views. Situated 5 km from Hermanus and 300m from the beach, and the famous cliff paths, boasting the best landbased whale watching in the world (July – November)
Sleeps 1-6 (2 on sleeper couch.) Fully fitted kitchen, lounge, separate dining room, 1.5 bathrooms, braai and double garage. Personal safe. Large shady gardens front and back. The cottage features: 2 Spacious Bedrooms - 1 x Double Bed with en-suite shower, toilet and handbasin; and 1 x 2 single beds, and 1 x Double Sleeper Couch in lounge. All beds have electric blankets for the cooler winter months.
Comfortable double aspect lounge with open working fireplace, and patio doors leading to sunroom, deck and garden. DSTV (Family) or bring your own decoder, DVD player. Stereo radio/CD player.
Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, oven/hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, etc. Family bathroom. Linen and towels provided.
Large wrap around gardens, (can be closed at either side of house if needed) fully walled and enclosed with electronic entrance gate.
Double garage attached to the house.
